I believe my setup meets all the requirements on my Windows 11 24H2 machine but I can't find the "Blank App, Packaged (WinUI 3 in Desktop)" template.

I have VS2022, installed .NET desktop development and WinUI application development and some additional SDKs, and I filter the templates correctly. Still, no sign of WinUI 3.

I guess you are coming from this doc.

That doc is a bit outdated. To create a WinUI 3(C#) app, you should use the WinUI Blank App (Packaged) template.

Here's the PR that updates the outdated doc.
