curry leaf plants new leaves looking stressed The top/new few leaves look like this and it’s in a well drained very good soil with ample sun light and care. I water only when the top soil looks dry and they are on light organic fertilizer. But still seeing some stress on their leaves, what’s the best approach to keep them happy?

I'm not an expert, but I have been taught that (in general, not specifically curry leaf plants) this is caused by either a magnesium deficiency - if its most apparent on the new growth, or an iron deficiency if its on older growth, so based on your description, adding Epsom Salt should be the fix.
