I recently tuned my car's stage 1 with the FlashZilla Pro OBD port. However, I'm in need to remove it so I can check my car's error codes and whatnot. Unfortunately, it's stuck. I mean, it won't come off no matter how much I pry with a non-marrying stuff tool, or wiggling it left to right. I'm frustrated and have tried contacting Tunezillas' customer service, but to no avail. I also cannot take off my bottom panel from my car. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I'd be more than happy to get some.

The port has a square projection:
The projection snaps into a square hole on the FlashZilla:
Use your mechanic's hook and pick set to reach around the Flashzilla's shell and lift the edge of the shell away from the projection so it slides past it rather than catches on it.
If you physically can't manage that for some reason, insert a small jeweler's-type flat-head screwdriver between the shell and projection, then lift the shell away from the projection while pulling.
