We are trying to decode some information on a gift card that is scanned via a mag stripe reader. When scanned the data on the mag stripe is

Printed on the card is the code 957197678665105.

Does anyone know what kind of encoding these card typically had, I assume it is a dual track, just not sure of the other special characters.
