I have a backup of my VS Code settings linked to my email. However, since then I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled VS Code, and I now have many new settings and customizations that I don’t want to lose.

I’m concerned that if I sign in with my email, my current settings will be overwritten by the ones stored in the backup.

I’d like to completely remove the backup associated with my email before logging in ans save my currently applied settings in vs code to the same email.
