How to Pin Programs to the Taskbar using Powershell

I would like to automatically pin several applications to the taskbar using PowerShell. After doing some searching online, I came across the following script:

I am looking to pin the following apps and in this order:

File explorer
Command Prompt (automatically open as administrator) (Target: %windir%\system32\cmd.exe)
Edge (Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe")
Firefox (Target: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe")
Chrome (Target: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe")
SQL Server Management Studio (Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server 
Management Studio 19\Common7\IDE\Ssms.exe")
Services.msc (Target: %windir%\system32\services.msc)

I am unsure how I can incorporate the apps above into the script. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
