The sapui5's CLI/build tooling project "UI5 Tooling" has been officially renamed to "UI5 CLI" as announced by SAP in Goodbye UI5 Tooling - Hello UI5 CLI! | SAP Community. Accordingly, ui5-tooling should be renamed to ui5-cli and synonymized.
The GitHub repo is already renamed and accessing https://github.com/sap/ui5-tooling already redirects the user to https://github.com/UI5/cli.
This has now been renamed and a synonym has been created. As with all tag merges this will take some time for things to settle.
