DOS or Disk Operating System could refer to any number of incompatible operating systems, including but not limited to: MS-DOS, PC-DOS, DR-DOS, FreeDOS, PTS-DOS, ROM-DOS, Novell DOS & OpenDOS on IBM-PC compatibles; additionally with AmigaDOS, AMSDOS, ANDOS, Apple DOS, Atari DOS, Commodore DOS, CSI-DOS, ProDOS, and TRS-DOS running on non-x86 hardware. If at all possible, please be clear if it was an IBM-PC compatible or other computer running DOS.
