Hello and welcome to the 154th edition of the Screenshot of the Week!

To start with, congratulations to the winner of the previous contest! Otakuwu's screenshot from won with 11 upvotes!

Last week's winning screenshot one

To submit a screenshot, simply post it as an answer to this question, but please take note of the following:

  • One screenshot per post, and one post per person, please!
  • Limited picture modifications are allowed, such as cropping, simple filters, and blurring of identifying info such as names, but not adding other images or text.
  • To ensure a fair playing field, please post screenshots you've taken yourself rather than ones you found online.
  • Stack Exchange’s Code of Conduct still applies - so if it would be unacceptable to post normally, it’s unacceptable here.

Also, try to avoid pictures that include spoilers. We want everyone to be able to enjoy this contest, so the less spoilers the better.

How long will the contest run?

We will accept submissions for a week, until November 10, 2025, then have a second week-long period where only voting will be accepted. This is to give every submission, even those posted at the end of the first week, a chance to be voted on by everyone.

After the end of the second week, at the end of the day on November 17, 2025, we will count upvotes only to determine the winning screenshot, which will be featured for a week on the main site's photo widget.

No theme this week

As a reminder, we're always accepting suggestions for themed weeks, and have compiled that suggestion process into a question of its own. Additionally, there is the hall of fame you can check out that contains all the previous contest winners.

There's something behind me, isn't there?

(Steam Ultimate Edition)

Gabriel is operating a wheel using his vampire killer/cross. Judging by his face, he's probably suspecting the presence of the skeleton warrior behind him.

  • @Otakuwu Really? I've been postponing posting this one for a very long time. Maybe someone else posted it? Commented Nov 11 at 8:26

Out of curiosity, did you use Windows snipping tool to make this screenshot? If I remember, it should have an option to capture only a selected window. Commented Nov 15 at 12:57

@Clockwork Yes, I did. Actually, I didn't use the selected window capture. Commented Nov 17 at 16:02

As a fellow game developer, this looks really good. :D Did you make the sprites as images, or made them by code? Commented Nov 17 at 20:25
  • 2
@Alex The sprites were made with images. Making them with code would be rather hard, but can be customizable (like I can change the color of them) Commented Nov 18 at 17:03

getting back up after the necramech disabled my warframe capabilities during the Heart of Deimos questline

I'm the white and red frame on the left. That purple robot thing (called a Necramech) is trying to destroy the Heart of Deimos (that golden thing above it). I was in the way, so it shot me and crippled my frame... and I'm pretty sure Deimos would have been completely overrun by the Infested if the Heart was destroyed. Commented Nov 6 at 3:21
  • It's funny how much the surroundings remind me of Ulduar from World of Warcraft. Commented Nov 6 at 7:43

  • For a moment, I thought it was Maiev. And it would still make sense. Commented Nov 6 at 17:08
  • She uses the same model as Maiev, but this campaign is set in a third-party universe only somewhat inspired by the canonical Blizzard campaign (although now that I think about it there are quite a bit more references than I thought ...). And besides, you do know why Maiev does what she does, even if you disagree with her reasoning. Commented Nov 6 at 17:14

I might have broken the game a bit when playing around the RAM, given Level 99 ist the maximum in

A stats image showing level 296, which should be impossible to reach

  • So, uh... Do you mean there's something called a "RAM" in the game? Or do you mean you tinkered with your device's RAM? Commented Nov 6 at 11:21
  • 3
Yeah I tinkered with the "devices" RAM. More specifically the RAM of the emulator. Commented Nov 6 at 11:40
