I am getting this error while creating msi. I checked it everywhere but I am not able to find the solution. The error is:

wix.exe : error WIX0001: WixToolset.Core.Native.WixNativeException: wixnative.exe failed with error code: -2147467259 - The handle is invalid. Output:

WIX0001 errors indicate an internal failure in the tools. Your input has unsigned an unhandled situation and will require debugging into the tools to understand what went wrong.

The command is "{wixexepath} build -arch x64 -o {msipath} -ext WixToolset.UI.wixext\5.0.2\wixext5\WixToolset.UI.wixext.dll {wxspath}". This command is executed from the c# Process and it is exiting with this error. There are no details as to why it is failing. If I set the Compressed attribute as no inside the wxs, it works fine with the files to be installed created outside the msi at the root. It is working fine when debugging in my local environment but is failing after deploying to the Azure web app.
