1

All my Spring Boot projects do not work suddenly. I have created a new Spring Boot project without adding any classes. Still I have an error when I start the project.

I have checked existing similar errors but it has to do always with the code. In my case, there is no added code.

PS : I think I had the errors after brew update but I can not see the relations

I have edited the project. Actually, this project worked fine. Now I think that there is a mixed up in spring dependencies

  • hibernate-validator-6.1.7.Final.jar may be corrupted, preventing org.hibernate.validator.internal.engine.valueextraction.ValueExtractorManager from being initialized. Try deleting the jar from Maven's cache and building your application again. Commented Mar 22, 2021 at 14:11

You are adding multiple dependencies at once and not not adding the required config classes and required configuration in application.properties. That's why it is causing errors.

  1. Create a project minimal dependency(like spring-web and dev-tools).
  2. Test the with simple Hello word REST-API.
  3. If it working then add next dependency and so on.

Create it step by step add security at the end(security requires lot of configuration).

You have added the pring-boot-starter-data-jpa dependency without database configurations.
If you want to just run it, remove the pring-boot-starter-data-jpa dependecy and when you will configure your database access you can import the pring-boot-starter-data-jpa dependency.
