I am successfully able to build and run this docker container but the asp.net core application/microservice inside fails to run and exits without giving any error.

The docker-compose command is exiting the asp.net code without any error code. So how to debug this issue or what could be the possible solution out of this issue. I have clearly defined the entrypoint in the dockerfile as "ENTRYPOINT ["dotnet", "FloUserManagement.dll"]" but it fails to execute the code/microservice inside the container.

  • Wouldn't the entry point has be to be placed at the end of the file? Also, what are the docker logs saying? Commented Oct 4, 2017 at 12:17
  • Remove -d and then post the logs. Also I assume that FloUserManagement.dll is already build and available in your current directory? Because you are not building anything inside the dockerfile Commented Oct 4, 2017 at 12:24
