It is not obvious how to set the version number of a package without editing the csproj file. This documents the MSBuild parameter to do so.

Hi @droyad! Thanks for your contribution. I think it's a great idea to show how to do this, but I really don't want to get in the business of documenting all the MSBuild knobs for the CLI commands.

So, here would be my suggestion:
