How to set the version of a package

It is not obvious how to set the version number of a package without editing the csproj file. This documents the MSBuild parameter to do so.

Hi @droyad! Thanks for your contribution. I think it's a great idea to show how to do this, but I really don't want to get in the business of documenting all the MSBuild knobs for the CLI commands.

So, here would be my suggestion:

• In the description, we explain that you can also use the MSBuild switches and point to https://docs.microsoft.com/visualstudio/msbuild/msbuild-command-line-reference for more info.
• Add the /p as an example instead of listing in the Options
