CollectionView iOS cutoff

Description

Hi,

After updating Maui.Controls to 9.0.60 or 9.0.70. We then experience som weird cutoff behaviour. And sometimes so much that our view doesnt show.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone repo.
2. Build and deploy project.
3. Observe button in the title view.

Error happens from 9.0.60 and up.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.100.2 with .NET MAUI versions 9.0.50, 9.0.60, and 9.0.70. It is reproducible on the iOS (CV1) platform from version 9.0.60 up to the latest 9.0.70 version.
Note: The issue does not reproduce on CV2 with the latest 9.0.70 version.
