Feature requests

I’d love to be able to accept Venmo, Paypal, Zelle or Amazon Pay as a payment option!

Donors can use different email addresses, and since it's only one email per contact, there can be duplicates. Being able to merge contacts and assign more than one email address per contact.

It is nice that we have the ability to import contacts. When these are imported, they become a singular list. It would be valuable to us to be able to then merge some of the lists that have been imported. We have been pulling these from various sources. It is inefficient to try to combine contacts from multiple sources before importing them to Zeffy.

We just used Zeffy for our first event and love it! We did have to use two separate systems for cash payments and people who did not have tap to pay so if those two features were avaiable, it would be amazing!

One of our donors complained that the donation to Zeffy was not optional. Turns out they did not understand that you have to change from the suggested donation percentage to be "other" and then type in "0". Could that be customized/changed? We would prefer there be a 0% option directly in the drop down menu.

I would like to be able to easily transfer a ticket to a different date, instead of having to issue a refund and asking the customer to re-purchase.

I would love to be able to see the monthly amount (as opposed to total ever) of our various regular (monthly + yearly) donors somewhere. It could be a as simple as adding a "monthly amount" column in the contacts section. I don't see a place where I can do this currently, and am struggling to see what our total is for monthly "recurring" donations.

I would like to be able to manage user access more granularly: For example add users so they van only view the forms and info but not edit it being able to give users access to specific forms give the ability for users to manage donations without seeing PII being able to go back to separating ticketing / donations access

At this time, no matter the start time, you can place a bid on an auction. I would like to open only when I set the start date.

I'd like to be able to notify my bidders automatically by text when they've been outbid.
