    What an incredible week at #MSIgnite! There were more than 𝟳𝟬 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 igniting what’s possible for customers and partners. Take a moment to read the book of news (link found in the comments!).   A personal highlight was joining two sessions to do what I love most - showcasing how our amazing ecosystem is empowering their organizations and customers on their frontier journey and talking about the incredible investments we continue to make to help them drive even more impact.   𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 + 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 = 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱. With Zia Mansoor, Cyril Belikoff, Tom Shea (OneStream Software) and Sanjay Mehta (Accenture), we discussed how partners are driving impact on Azure. Proof points that stood out: 66% growth in Azure partner specializations and 250K partners trained. We know that customers want trusted advisors, and this momentum enables it. It was great to hear Sanjay talk about Accenture's “𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼” 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 and Tom sharing OneStream’s focus on 𝗰𝗼‐𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 to deliver defined outcomes. Both partners shared how leveraging ECIF, prioritizing skilling and specializations help accelerate time to value.   𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗧- This was a fantastic conversation with my amazing team including Heather Deggans, Jim Lee, Lori Borg and moderated by Sumeet Khanna. We shared best practices for becoming frontier, including:  • Being customer zero and having an AI‑first mentality  • Meeting customers where they are, leading with outcomes, and co‑creating solutions that solve problems  • Taking advantage of GTM programs including Azure Accelerate/Modernize & Migrate and the Azure Marketplace; and  • Investing in skilling with a focus on specializations/designations   Thank you to every speaker, the many partners I met across the week, and everyone who attended and invested in their own growth. If you missed the sessions, watch for the OnDemand links.     This week at Ignite, I felt energized by the in-person engagement with our partner community and the tangible progress we’re making to advance Cloud and AI through the Frontier partnership. Here are a few highlights: - **Breakout sessions:** We reinforced our EPS commitment and best practices, transitioning from strategy to execution with clear plays that enable partners to activate AI responsibly, accelerate time to value, and achieve measurable outcomes. - **Partner meetings: ** We had outcome-driven conversations with our partners, where Americas SDC and SDP teams collaborated seamlessly, supporting partners from both customer and partner perspectives as a unified force focused on co-sell velocity and ACR growth. - **Partner roundtable:** We aligned on the Frontier partnership model, discussing what it means to lead in AI, how to build repeatable solution plays, and how to convert Marketplace presence into pipeline and revenue. - **Video interview:** We showcased customer success stories, practical adoption patterns, and emphasized the importance of tech intensity and business fluency, enabling partners to scale AI solutions and succeed with customers. - **AMS partner reception:** We connected with numerous partners, gathered candid feedback, celebrated wins, and spent quality time with our SDC team—the engine that drives our progress. The energy and insights from these engagements highlight the importance of in-person collaboration. Your feedback inspires us to explore more possibilities with AI, from skilling and solution design to Marketplace and co-sell motions. Together, as partners, we will excel in the AI race by becoming Frontier: pushing boundaries, creating industry-relevant solutions, and transacting swiftly. Thank you to everyone who contributed time, ideas, and honesty—and to our EPS, SDP, and SDC teams for presenting a united front.     At Microsoft Ignite we highlighted Frontier firm transformation with stories of Microsoft partners driving impact for customers around the world using AI, Copilot, and agents. Supply chains are some of the most complex systems in the world. For companies like The HEINEKEN Company, leaders rely on huge amounts of data spread across tools, teams, and regions — making it hard to get quick answers or take fast action. Our partner Blue Yonder saw an opportunity to change that. As the 2025 Partner of the Year for Partner Innovation – Global ISV, they built AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, and the Agent SDK — and brought those agents directly into M365 Copilot. Now, instead of searching through dashboards or running custom reports, supply chain teams can ask a question in natural language and receive real-time, intelligent insights as if they’re working with a virtual teammate. By reinventing how customers engage with their supply chain, Blue Yonder is setting a new standard for operational visibility, speed, and decision-making — redefining customer engagement at the Frontier.     I was so pleased to be joined by customers and partners around the world for Microsoft Ignite with 20,000 attendees joining in San Francisco and 200,000 online. It is an exciting time as we shift from an era of AI Transformation to Frontier Transformation: a holistic reimagining of your business, aligning AI with human ambition to achieve your organization's highest aspirations and potential.
