On October 5, 2024, the receivables management industry, and all of us at Crown Asset Management and Second Round lost Larry C. Vasbinder, Jr., a visionary leader, mentor, and dear friend. Today, on the first anniversary of his passing, we pause to honor Larry’s memory and the lasting impact he had on our team and the wider community. To honor his legacy, Crown Asset Management and Crown’s founder, Brian Williams, established three Baylor University endowment scholarships supporting first-generation college students, aspiring accountants, and the Baylor Football program—causes close to Larry’s heart. These endowments reflect Larry’s values of family, perseverance, education, and sportsmanship, continuing his mission of uplifting others and creating opportunities for future generations.
