Response to the Salesloft–Drift Supply Chain Incident

On August 20th, Infragistics was notified of a security incident involving Salesloft’s Drift application, a third-party tool integrated with Salesforce. Like many organizations, we were affected. 

What we found

Our review determined the incident involved data including:

• Names, email addresses and phone numbers

No sensitive production systems, financial data, or customer environments were impacted. 

Actions we’ve taken

• Immediately disabled the Drift integration from our Salesforce environment and all other integrated systems
• Conducted a thorough review of the data involved to confirm the scope
