Details missing for defaults of build configurations other than Debug/Release

The default values for "DebugType" and "Optimize" are documented for the Release and Debug configurations. It's not documented what the default is for custom configurations.

The default value for DebugType is no longer documented.

The docs read Debugging information is added by default. but it doesn't indicate the actual value and if they're different for Debug and Release configurations.
