Aspire dashboard - URL column click shows details #12307

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.
In the Aspire dashboard there are URLs listed to start the various APIs/websites etc. When I'm a bit imprecise with my mouse click trying to click the URL, I get the details popup. When clicking in that column, the details are never what I want. The popup also shifts the table to the left, moving my actual target and compressing the URLs so I need to close the details with the "x" to get to the actual URL.
Describe the solution you'd like
When clicking just outside of the text in the link, I would like either:
- The link to open, because Aspire loves me and understand what I tried to do
- Nothing to happen, indicating I missed and allowing me to click again without moving my mouse
