NET Technical Test on hiring processes
Hi all! As Dev Lead in my current company I'm in charge of the hiring processes for new devs. Until now we had a traditional process having a conversation with HR, a technical interview and a technical test (in live), but we would like to strengthen a bit the same using some of the existing online tools that are on the market. I was wondering how other mates in our community do that processes and if you use tools like this or not. What do you think? Have you used? Are they useful?
