This is Prom Night III: The Last Kiss (1990).
Prom Night III: The Last Kiss is a 1990 Canadian black comedy slasher film and the third in the Prom Night film series, continuing the storyline involving the murderous female ghost named Mary Lou Maloney. This is the only entry to depart from the horror genre and is instead a spoof of the previous films.
The ghost of Mary Lou Maloney — who previously appeared in Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II (1987) — returns to wreak more havoc on the high school where she was killed in in the 1950s1957 as the result of a prom night prank gone wrong. The film also features zombies, butdoes not feature werewolves, but there are zombies.
Around seven minutes in, the teenage protagonist, Alex, and his best friend, Shane, are exercising in the gymnasium of the aforementioned high school (Hamilton High) and exchange the following dialogue:
SHANE: "While our souls still have wings, 'tis our duty to fly." ~ Robert de Cauchy, poet.
ALEX: "You're spending the summer with me, or else." ~ Sarah Monroe, girlfriend.
SHANE: Girlfriends come and go, man, but best friends are forever. That's why we gotta hit the road.
