Can someone please tell me where in the world I can purchase the Extended Service Update (ESU) subscription for my company for Windows 10 Pro machines?

2025-10-15T02:02:21.4966667+00:00 I found the SKUs for Insight's Windows 10 ESU licenses. What's the reason for the Year 1 through Year 3 options? How does that work? Also, it looks like you are required to have an Insight Cloud Commerce account in order to order these.

Here are the prerequisites that I was presented from my rep at CDW before purchasing. Hope it helps.
Windows 10 ESU's are now skued up in our system and are being sold under CSP On Premise. Please note the EDC's below:
8494272- Commercial
8494274- Education
8494275- Non-Profit
These are sold per device and they are sold through the CSP On Premise process.
Customer Requirements for CSP on premise
Must have a Microsoft 365 tenant.
Must provide:
Company Name (as it appears in the M365 portal)
Primary Domain (must match exactly).
Support Model
- Licensing Options
Perpetual licenses: One-time payment, no Software Assurance.
Server Subscriptions and ESUs: Available through Software CSP.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Does a customer need SA to purchase the Windows 10 ESU?
A: They do not.
Q: Where do they download the ESU updates?
A: On their Office 365 Admin portal.

2025-09-15T16:41:14.08+00:00 You need to give to CDW a Microsoft tenant name. They they add the ESUs link up in your Microsoft 365 portal. You don't download the ESU updates from the portal, you download the MAK (or rather copy it) and then install it using DISM commands. I've already got key codes from Insight.com

2025-04-16T15:10:52.4233333+00:00 The answer is that it's not available yet. According to the MS Blog post below, the ESU won't be available until November 2025.
"10.31.2024: On November 1, we will begin offering the traditional 5-by-5 Extended Security Update offer through the Volume Licensing price list. The first ESU will be available in November 2025. We’ll share more details on availability of the cloud-based Extended Security Update offer on our price list in the future."

2025-04-16T15:07:26.9566667+00:00 I have access to a CSP portal and don't see anything other than ESU for Windows Server and SQL Server. Microsoft seems to suggest ESU for Win10 became available fall of 2024, but my volume license reseller said they can't sell it until October 2025. That doesn't give much time to prepare for this. Any more specific details?

2025-09-09T21:36:15.91+00:00 If the machine is not domain joined and in a peer to peer setting you can get a single year ESU for little cost/no cost. If you want the 3 year ESU you need to go through someplace like Insight.com

2025-09-09T21:50:24.4766667+00:00 Brian, I originally commented in this thread in March when there were no detailed steps from MS about ESU enrollment for PCs, business or personal. Even CDW didn't have an answer, So now we know. Smaller businesses use domain controllers. Also, The thread title is confusing because it doesn't specify "domain controllers only.
In April I posted to this thread: "I got an e-mail from Microsoft on 4/4/25 saying that "CDW Logistics LLC was unavailable to accept your referral" for Windows 10 ESU licensing."
Microsoft needs to do a better job of communicating details to businesses (with & without domain controllers).
