You can get service (warranty or protection plan) for your Windows 365 Link devices:
- Directly from Microsoft
- Through a third-party Windows 365 Link Authorized Service Provider.
You can use the Intune admin center to open support cases to:
- Help resolve technical issues.
- Verify your warranty.
- Service a device.
To open a support case:
- Sign into the Microsoft Intune admin center and select Troubleshooting + Support > Help and Support > Windows 365 > Windows 365 Link > type a description of the issue > Contact Support.
- A Microsoft support agent contacts you to troubleshoot your issue. For hardware servicing issues, the turnaround time depends on your location and supply chain availability.
Customer self-repair for Windows 365 Link
Self-repair replacement components are available for purchase through your device reseller.
There are no certifications required to repair or service a Windows 365 Link device.
Important
Repairing your device with a replacement component doesn't affect Microsoft's Limited Warranty. However, any damage to the device resulting from a repair performed by someone other than Microsoft or an Authorized Service Provider isn’t covered under Microsoft's warranty or protection plans.

- Motherboard module
- Top enclosure
- Bottom plate screw covers
