Teams - Applications have disappeared from the developer portal.

I created/owned several applications on the Teams developer portal. They appeared normally for several weeks, but since the beginning of this week they are no longer visible on the developer portal.

The applications are still functional, and I checked with the Teams administrator, the applications have not been deleted, and there have been no changes to the owners or permissions.

Also, other members of my team are experiencing the same problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem ?

    Hi Hugo MENDES (ext)

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum support and apologize for the inconvenience

As far as I know, this problem is usually a Developer Portal visibility glitch or a Microsoft 365 service-side delay. Apps remain in the org catalog and function normally, but the portal fails to list them due to cached filters, tenant scope issues, or ownership metadata errors.

In this context, I highly recommend you reach out directly to Microsoft Support Ticket via Teams Admin Center or via LINK and kindly include the app IDs, timestamps, and screenshots to help Microsoft support investigate and expedite the resolution.

In the meantime, you can try the following workaround methods below:

    Check your account and tenant

Ensure you're signed in with the correct Microsoft Entra ID account and are in the right tenant. If you're unsure, double-check your account settings.

Search for the app by name or ID

In the portal, use the search bar to look for the app by its name or ID. This can help you quickly locate the app if it’s not immediately visible in the list.

    Use Microsoft Graph Explorer

If the app still isn't visible, try using Microsoft Graph Explorer to verify the app's backend registration by query the apps via the /appCatalogs/teamsApps endpoint to check if they're properly registered in the system.

Hope my answer will help you, for any further concern, kindly let me know in the comment section.
